Rates listed are UPS ground, Fedex and USPS shipping within the continental United States. It is the Company's choice of the shipping carrier. Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico customers please contact us for shipping rates.

International Orders: Call, fax or email in advance to obtain the the total cost of your order. Foreign orders will be processed in US dollars. Return Policy: Satisfaction Guaranteed

You can return products within 10 days after you have received the products if you are not satisfied. Please note the Return Policy for TAPESTRIES and SPECIAL ORDERS below. We will refund your money less shipping and handling charges. All returns require an authorization number. Call 843-390-4154 to obtain a return authorization number. This will insure your account is properly credited. Please use the original packaging material and use UPS Ground shipping service. Also please specify the reason for the return and whether you want a refund or a credit on a future purchase.

TAPESTRIES: Each tapestry is custom weaved for each order which allows inventory to be in yarn rather than finished goods. We will accept a return with a charge of $100 plus freight to and from the Company.

SPECIAL ORDERS: Sorry, no cancellations or returns on special or custom orders.

For a credit card refund, please allow two billing cycles. For a check refund, we will wait until the check has cleared before sending the refund check.
