Hello! I am Joe Altman the founder and president of the J&T Altman Company. The company was incorporated in South Carolina in December of 1996. I was very, very happy with the whole ordering process with J&T Altman Company. They let me know when they received my order, they verified my order and I was able to track my order as well. I did ask them if I would get my order before the holidays and true to their word, I did receive it before the holidays and it was very late when I ordered it. But they promised that it would be here and it was. You just can't beat service like that. I know I'm not supposed to comment on the product-but I was SO impressed with their product, I am going to order one for myself and when ever I need something like that again-I will always order from them. My purchase was for two items from two different locations. The first arrived two days after I ordered the items (Altman indicated it would take two to three days). For an item such as a clock I purchased, I must say that the packing was really done well. This item traveled 3 days. It was in great condition when it left and was received in great condition. Nothing was broken, chipped or cracked. I love the Chinese Good Fortune clock. Would like to buy more Chinese items for my home from J&T Altman. I recommend that everyone buy from J&T Altman!
